Pond Dipping !
Sun ,29/08/2010What a great day out with the Grandchildren,a walk through the Dene towards Seaton Sluice to find this pond which had been purposely made for pond dipping about two years ago and was now very mature.Fish ,pond skaters,and water-boatmen abound and most surprisingly common darter dragonflies were in good numbers and quite fearless I even managed a photo of one in flight.
