Spurn Head
Tue ,30/09/2008Four days of fabulous birding and we even got the weather to go with it, shame I did’nt get my new lense in time however I did manage a couple of good shots with the small lense.
The photo’s show a Pied Flycatcher, Redstart, and a Great Grey Shrike which I was lucky to get, next up is a Red Breasted Flycatcher a rather forlorn looking Goldcrest and a Yellow Browed Warbler just prior to release after being rung, its the best I could do with distance and camera shake.
The Red Breasted Flycatcher created a bit fuss as you can see from the Churchyard shot, Carol said that there was more live people in the Chuchyard that day than dead ones , the next group are across the road watching a Redstart and a Spotted Flycatcher, there was just so much going on (it was great).
